Terms of Service for MOCshow

Please note that all use of this site implies full acceptance of the Terms of Service listed below.

1. The service

MOCshow is a gallery for publishing LEGO® related images, video and documents.

2. Allowed content

All files MUST have something to do with LEGO® products, and MUST be suitable to view for all ages and cultures. The administration may remove content not found suitable for this site, including but not limited to: content not LEGO® related and content of erotic, pornographic, violent, or racist nature - even if it is LEGO® related.
We welcome images from shows and events, LEGO® creations, digital creations, rendered images, movie clips, spreadsheets with construction calculation, interactive presentations, poetry or stories as documents, LDraw files and a lot more.
Comments, description and keywords must also conform to proper language suitable for all ages and cultures.
The degree of suitability is the sole discretion of the MOCshow administration.

3. Pricing and fees

Everybody (excluding banned users) can upload for free. The service may not stay free forever, or methods to differentiate paying vs free users may sometime in the future be instated. Advertisements may be placed and used as the site owners feel appropriate.

4. Copyright issues

You may only upload files you own the right to publish. Essentially this means you should only upload your own files.
Content on MOCshow is owned by it's respective users. MOCshow can not sell, rent or lend the content.

5. Termination of accounts

Users not complying with the Terms of Service, most notable "2. Allowed content" and "4. Copyright issues" may have their accounts terminated with or without prior notification.

6. Termination of service

The entire service may be terminated with a prior notice of minimum 30 days. The notice will be posted on the frontpage of MOCshow.com.

7. No warranty

The MOCshow administration can not guarantee service uptime, stability or speed. Please keep copies of your uploaded content.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is" and in no circumstance shall MOCshow or the MOCshow owners be held responible for site content owned by users, or losses by users relying on the site and service.
